2. Include your Order Number in the email.
3. Specify the product reference(s) for the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

Return & Exchange Guidelines:

• You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. Requests beyond this period may not be accepted.
• Wait for our confirmation email before sending back any item. We will provide instructions on the return process.
• The item(s) must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories.
• Once your request is approved, you must ship the item(s) within 7 working days along with a copy of the invoice.
